What Technology Do You Use To Print With?
Design Hub 360 uses several print methods. The technology we use depends on your print needs and the turnaround time needed.
DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING
Direct To Garment is a print process that uses high-resolution printers and specialty inks to produce designer clothing.
- No limit to the number of colors in the design

Dye Sublimation Printing
Sublimation Printer For Light Color Polyester T-Shirts known as dye sublimation printing is used to heat transfer the ink onto high-quality fabric, plastic, and paper.
- Prints feels soft to touch
- No limit to colors in the design
- Prints last as long as the apparel last
- High-resolution prints
Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) Printing
Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is a method of applying designs, graphics, or text to fabrics using a heat press and vinyl.
- Works well with most garments, regardless of color, unlike sublimation.
- Can be used on polyester, blend, and cotton garments
- Used more for casual and sports uniforms
- Fast turnaround depending on the quantity
Is There A Minimum Order?
There is no minimum order for any of our printing methods.
What Is The Turnaround Time?
Turnaround Time depends on the printing method and color of the garment selected. Usually, the turnaround time is between 3-9 business days, although some can be printed the same day. Printing Schedule: Basic HTV Printing, 1-2 color design on any shirt color or full-color Sublimation Printing on light shirts, (1-5 days), full-color DTG Printing on dark shirts, 1-2 weeks, custom hats, 2-5 days, dog t-shirts, 2-5 days.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Yes, we offer quantity discounts for our custom apparel prints. Our discounts are usually 30% off of 12 or more prints. We also offer special quotes for selects businesses, teams, and individuals.
Can I bring my own shirts?
Sometimes we do accept t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel brought in by our customers. Depending on the apparel, we can accept it. For instance, if the garment is apparel we generally use, then yes, but on apparel, we don’t use, then we can’t accept it.
Can I design my own t-shirt or hoodie on your website?
Yes, we do have an T-Shirt Maker on our website that is free to the public. You can use our free t-shirt designer templates, phone case templates (coming soon), dog t-shirt templates, hoodies, polos, jerseys, baby onesie templates, and more and design with our Online Product Designer Tool.
What Is The Least Expensive Printing Method You Offer?
HTV is the least expensive method we offer.
What Type Of File Should My Artwork Be?
Acceptable File Upload Types
TXT, PSD, PNG, GIF, AI, PDF, and PNG.
Do You Offer Design Color Changes?
Yes, we do offer free color changes on your design if the design is editable and the design quality is good.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Cash, and Stripe. All orders must be paid in full before the order ships. All orders placed in the store require at least half of the payment or a $50 deposit if the order is more than $100 or more.
