How do you choose the best printing method for my order?

Design Hub 360 selects the printing method based on the garment, artwork, quantity, color requirements and desired finish so customers do not have to choose a production method themselves.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order for our printing methods.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes. Design Hub 360 offers quantity discounts on custom apparel printing and special quotes for select businesses, teams and individuals.

Can I design my own t-shirt or hoodie on your website?

Yes. Design Hub 360 offers an online product designer with templates for t-shirts, hoodies, polos, jerseys, baby onesies and other products.

Can I bring my own shirts?

Sometimes. Design Hub 360 may accept customer-provided apparel depending on the garment and whether it is suitable for the printing method.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Turnaround Times

Standard Orders: All merchandise is processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Issues: If there is any delay or issue with your design, layout, or inventory, we will contact you immediately via the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they leave our facility. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
